She continues to build upon her family’s legacy through her own firm, Generation Real Estate.
Lamisse made her first real estate investment at a young age, purchasing a loft in the Mission District. She has since purchased and renovated several properties, allowing her to become well versed in city construction laws, development costs, and groomed her to be the sounding board you’ll need before embarking on remodeling projects. This direct experience benefits her clients, whether they are sellers, buyers, investors, or developers. As a master marketer with an extensive professional network to call upon, Lamisse maximizes returns for her sellers through pre-market preparation, while her buyers benefit from her neighborhood expertise and access to off-market properties.
Lamisse believes in giving back to the community that has given her so much. She sits on the board of the Noe Valley Association and is a council member at Jamestown, an organization that provides low-income kids with after-school programs. She also volunteers at her children’s school and regularly donates platelets at the local blood organization. When she’s not working, Lamisse loves to spend time with her family which includes her husband, Steve, and their two kids and enjoys traveling and being active in the outdoors.

As the Director of Operations at the Droubi Team, Emily Kitchen is heavily involved in every aspect of the process. Emily is a licensed agent who has been in the industry since 2012. She started her career in commercial real estate and ultimately followed her passion in residential. As Lamisse Droubi’s right hand, Emily ensures timelines are being met, clients are up to date, and no stone is left unturned.
A homeowner who managed the renovation of her house in Bernal Heights, Emily has a personal understanding of the challenges buyers and sellers can face, as well as the experience needed to help them meet those challenges. Whatever the real estate objective, Emily meticulously handles every detail. Buyers know they can count on Emily to provide them with knowledgeable market and property-specific information, and sellers can rely on her management and communication skills.
As the listing and project manager, Emily implements the intricate touches required for a successful sale. In charge of managing pre-market preparation and tracking progress throughout, she also utilizes her background in marketing to create compelling promotional assets and administers the online presence for each listing.
When not working, you can find Emily tackling home projects, spending time on the water, and enjoying the outdoors with her partner.
Jennifer Hoh is a San Francisco native and grew up in a real estate family. She has worked in real estate support roles since 1999—first with her father and then with the Droubi Team—where she has been since 2007. As the transaction coordinator, Jennifer Hoh prides herself on her ability to make things go smoothly by handling anything that comes up, down to the smallest details. She makes it her mission to ensure that clients experience ease during every moment of the transaction, from offer of acceptance to close of escrow—and beyond.
Jennifer’s dedication to providing excellent support frees the Droubi Team’s agents up to focus solely on client needs. She is in charge of making sure that each contract is appropriately scrutinized and every document bearing the Droubi Team’s name is in compliance. Buyers and sellers continue to depend on her to handle the back-end details, from disclosures and scheduling to offer packages and communication throughout escrow. When they call or come to the office, Jennifer provides a calm, assuring presence.
Additionally, Jennifer provides office support in order to keep the Droubi Team running smoothly. She utilizes her organizational and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions and manages details imperative to running a business.
Jennifer owns a home in the East Bay, and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her children.
