The Droubi Team
The Droubi Team at Generation was founded upon the principle that good business is a result of investing in relationships and building them on trust.
Established by Lamisse Droubi, a top-selling agent in San Francisco with over 1.6 billion dollars in sales, Generation honors the legacy of Lamisse’s family and rich real estate history in San Francisco since the 1970’s. The Droubi Team at Generation aims to be the firm that your family will pass down like an heirloom. You’ll be in good company—many San Franciscans continue to rely on them to provide the bankable success for which they’re renowned. Between their astute understanding of the complex San Francisco market and network of seasoned professional partners, there is no problem the Droubi Team can’t solve and no deal they can’t negotiate to your benefit.
Rooted in the local community and based in Noe Valley, every team member has a deep connection to San Francisco, impeccable knowledge of the market, and the skills you need to outpace the competition. The long-standing relationships they maintain will give you the edge that translates to higher sales, more competitive offers, and an increased chance of reaching contract.
For over 21 years, Lamisse Droubi has proven herself to be the kind of agent buyers & sellers can rely on: efficient, charismatic and unflinching in negotiations. Lamisse consistently ranks as a top agent in Noe Valley and among the top 20 agents citywide. She has a career total of over 760 homes and nearly $1.6 billion in sales. She is known for her deep understanding of the city and its market trends, works tirelessly, and is widely respected in her industry.
As a San Francisco native and growing up in Noe Valley, Lamisse gained first-hand experience watching her mother craft a career through the family’s independently owned real estate company. As a second-generation real estate agent, Lamisse was raised to invest in relationships and build them on trust, an attribute which has heavily contributed to the success of her business. She continues to build upon her family’s legacy through her own firm, Generation Real Estate.
Lamisse made her first real estate investment at a young age, purchasing a loft in the Mission District. She has since purchased and renovated several properties, allowing her to become well versed in city construction laws, development costs, and groomed her to be the sounding board you’ll need before embarking on remodeling projects. This direct experience benefits her clients, whether they are sellers, buyers, investors, or developers. As a master marketer with an extensive professional network to call upon, Lamisse maximizes returns for her sellers through pre-market preparation, while her buyers benefit from her neighborhood expertise and access to off-market properties.
Lamisse believes in giving back to the community that has given her so much. She sits on the board of the Noe Valley Association and is a council member at Jamestown, an organization that provides low-income kids with after-school programs. She also volunteers at her children’s school and regularly donates platelets at the local blood organization. When she’s not working, Lamisse loves to spend time with her family which includes her husband, Steve, and their two kids and enjoys traveling and being active in the outdoors.
